As Raymond Chen says, you'll either find this totally hysterical, or it will make no sense whatever.  The requirement would seem to be that that you watched TV as a child in early Sixties Britain. So, this being so, I don't propose to explain it.  Let's just leave it at this - if you remember Thunderbirds and you know who Peter Cook and Dudley Moore are, watch this now.
