verb. sap.
And “verb. sap.”? It’s a abbreviation for a Latin phrase meaning “A word to the wise is sufficient.”
These are my words, and, to anyone who reads them, I wish you wisdom.

My husband was brilliant, kind, and humble, and I miss him every single day. I have preserved his blog here because I find some comfort in re-reading it—his “voice” comes through so clearly. Many of his posts were inspired by things he found or followed on the internet, and he linked to them to as references. Unfortunately, the majority of these links are no longer valid. I have deleted the ones that no longer work, and updated others, although you may well find I have missed some.
A few of my personal favorites are Water Is Wet (I have mentioned that he was brilliant—he was also infuriatingly absent-minded), The Most Luminous Event In The Universe (astronomy was his first passion in life), Happy Birthday To An Inspiration (I feel I should send this to Carlos Santana), and Four Fours Unblocked (he was a maths nerd).
Enjoy!
